Your Role

We are seeking Enterprise Service Management Consultants (f/m/d) of all experience levels (Junior, Mid-Level, Senior, Architects) and specialties (Developers, Administrators, Business Analysts, Architects, Project Managers) to join our growing team. Whether you’re starting your journey with Atlassian, Freshworks, ServiceNow, and/or Servicely or are a seasoned expert, we offer opportunities to work on diverse projects, from ITSM and ITOM to custom app development and workflow automation.

Your Mission

Responsibilities vary by role and seniority but may include:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design tailored ESM solutions
  • Develop, configure, and customize ESM modules (ITSM, CSM, HR, ITAM, etc.) to meet business needs
  • Lead or support end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and integrations with third-party systems
  • Optimize workflows, automate processes, and enhance user experiences across the platform
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, or project leadership (senior roles)
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation for clients and end-users
  • Stay updated on ESM solution releases, trends, and best practices
Your Profile

Required Skills may vary by role and seniority.

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 0–2+ years (Junior), 3–5+ years (Mid), or 5–8+ years (Senior) of ServiceNow experience
  • Familiarity with core ESM solution functionalities (Incident, Change, Catalog Items, etc.)
  • Basic to advanced scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Certifications related to ESM solutions
