Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and harmonize global procurement policies, guidelines, processes, and tools, including IT tools, to ensure efficient workflows.
- Represent Strategic Procurement concerning process, systems, tools, methods, and KPIs.
- Support and monitor the global implementation of procurement best practices, including training programs.
- Act as Business Process Owner for the procure-to-pay process within Strategic Procurement.
- Collaborate with procurement leaders to enhance capabilities and optimize end-to-end procurement processes.
- Oversee the procurement digitalization roadmap in partnership with group strategy and stakeholders.
- Lead and coordinate procurement projects and initiatives.
- Promote a data-driven culture and ensure the availability of up-to-date procurement data.
- Monitor and report procurement performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and procedures.
- Manage integration of new departments, functions, and companies into Meditec Procurement.
- Lead PMI activities for Strategic Procurement.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Travel domestically and internationally as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Over 5 years of procurement experience in consulting or international matrix organizations, with a focus on designing and implementing organizational and process improvements at a global level.
- Experience in managing source-to-contract, purchase-to-pay, or global business services processes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Service-oriented mindset with strategic vision and practical contribution skills.
- Analytical, fact-based decision-making, and strong conceptual abilities to develop business cases.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German or French is preferred.
- Good knowledge of SAP-MM and MS Office.
