Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, maintain, and harmonize global procurement policies, guidelines, processes, and tools, including IT tools, to ensure efficient workflows.
2. Represent Strategic Procurement concerning process, systems, tools, methods, and KPIs.
3. Support and monitor the global implementation of procurement best practices, including training programs.
4. Act as Business Process Owner for the procure-to-pay process within Strategic Procurement.
5. Collaborate with procurement leaders to enhance capabilities and optimize end-to-end procurement processes.
6. Oversee the procurement digitalization roadmap in partnership with group strategy and stakeholders.
7. Lead and coordinate procurement projects and initiatives.
8. Promote a data-driven culture and ensure the availability of up-to-date procurement data.
9. Monitor and report procurement performance metrics.
10. Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and procedures.
11. Manage integration of new departments, functions, and companies into Meditec Procurement.
12. Lead PMI activities for Strategic Procurement.
13. Support internal and external audits.
14. Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Over 5 years of procurement experience in consulting or international matrix organizations, with a focus on designing and implementing organizational and process improvements at a global level.
2. Experience in managing source-to-contract, purchase-to-pay, or global business services processes.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
4. Service-oriented mindset with strategic vision and practical contribution skills.
5. Analytical, fact-based decision-making, and strong conceptual abilities to develop business cases.
6. Fluent in English; proficiency in German or French is preferred.
7. Good knowledge of SAP-MM and MS Office.
