Responsibilities

1. Design and implement a reliability framework within the SAP environment.
2. Optimize end-to-end business processes in our S/4 and R/3 landscape using current and future monitoring tools.
3. Identify system operation improvement potentials and develop tools through continuous collaboration between business and IT teams.
4. Analyze and provide tools to support enterprise-wide SAP integration.
5. Define and monitor critical system parameters and develop efficient deployment concepts.
6. Serve as a point of contact and ambassador for reliability topics in SAP.

Qualifications

• Practical experience with SAP R3/ECC and S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of SAP landscape tools like Solution Manager, SAP FRUN, Cloud ALM, and Advanced Event Mesh.
• Knowledge of BTP development standards for security and networking.
• Ideally, experience with at least one cloud platform such as Azure or AWS.
• High reliability, teamwork, and customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills and agility.
• Proficiency in German and English communication.
