A financial oversight authority in Germany is seeking a professional for a permanent role focusing on market infrastructure and digitalization. The candidate will manage data collection and analysis, oversee project management related to digital workflows, and prepare reports. Qualifications include a Master’s degree and at least 3 years of experience, along with proficiency in programming and strong analytical skills. Fluency in English and French is required.
Within the CSSF, the department « Innovation, Payments, Market Infrastructures and Governance » is in charge of (i) prudential duties related to market infrastructure, payment services and crypto-assets, and (ii) transversal duties related to innovation, governance and remuneration in the financial sector.
The successful candidate (m / f) will be hired as public employee (“employé de l’Etat”) under a permanent contract. If the candidate meets the required conditions, s / he will be asked to apply for admission to the status of civil servant (“fonctionnaire de l’Etat”).
Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the candidate must submit an extract from the criminal record (bulletin n°3), dated less than 2 months, in order to prove their conduct and integrity.
