About the Role - Investment Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex financial models for real estate acquisitions and disposals
• Support investment decisions by analyzing residential and office properties
• Assist in transaction execution and due diligence processes
• Prepare investment memoranda and market research for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with asset and fund management teams

Qualifications - 1–3 years of experience in real estate investment, private equity, or finance

Required Skills

• Strong skills in Excel-based financial modeling (knowledge of Argus or similar tools is a plus)
• Interest in residential and commercial (office) asset classes
• Fluent in German and Englisch
