A leading HR consulting firm in Germany is seeking an HR Management Consultant to support organizational initiatives. You'll work closely with Senior Consultants to analyze data and implement HR frameworks effectively. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in HR consulting or operations, strong analytical and communication skills, and is fluent in English. This position offers growth in HR consulting and collaboration with various stakeholders.

We are looking for an HR Management Consultant to support people and organizational initiatives while working closely with Senior HR Consultants, HR Operations team & Subject Matter Experts.
You will analyze data, surface people’s challenges, prepare insights, translate HR frameworks into practical actions, and ensure recommendations are implemented effectively.
You will gain exposure to how HR consulting work is delivered end-to-end, from understanding business context, diagnosing people’s challenges, shaping recommendations, and supporting execution alongside clients and internal teams.
This role is ideal for someone who is curious about organizations, enjoys structured problem-solving, and wants to build a strong foundation in HR consulting and business partnering.
