HR & AI ServiceNow Consultant
Location: Remote | Contract: Part‑time (2 days per week) | Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience

Our client, a global tech organization, is hiring an ServiceNow HR & AI Consultant to join the team remotely on a part‑time contract. The successful candidate will support the enhancement and optimization of the ServiceNow HR platform, playing a key role in improving HR Service Delivery processes and ensuring solutions align with business requirements and ServiceNow best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Configure, enhance and support the ServiceNow HRSD module in line with organisational needs.
  • Work closely with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective functional solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement across HR Service Delivery processes, including Employee Centre Pro.
  • Design, build and manage workflows, service catalogue items, case management solutions and knowledge content.
  • Perform system testing, deliver user training and provide post‑implementation support.
  • Ensure all developments adhere to ServiceNow best practices and internal governance standards.
Skillset
  • Proven experience in the implementation and ongoing support of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
  • ServiceNow certification (e.g. Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD) is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and key ServiceNow HRSD functionality, including case management, lifecycle events and Employee Centre.
  • Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow integrations, reporting and dashboard development.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fully remote working environment.
