The Role
We are looking for an HR Management Consultant to support people and organizational initiatives while working closely with Senior HR Consultants, HR Operations team & Subject Matter Experts.
You will analyze data, surface people’s challenges, prepare insights, translate HR frameworks into practical actions, and ensure recommendations are implemented effectively.
You will gain exposure to how HR consulting work is delivered end-to-end, from understanding business context, diagnosing people’s challenges, shaping recommendations, and supporting execution alongside clients and internal teams.
This role is ideal for someone who is curious about organizations, enjoys structured problem-solving, and wants to build a strong foundation in HR consulting and business partnering.
Key Responsibilities
HR Consulting Support & Stakeholder Engagement
- Support Senior HR Consultants in client-facing and internal engagements by preparing materials, data, and analyses related to people and organizational topics.
- Act as a first point of contact for standard employee and manager queries, addressing routine questions and escalating complex matters to senior consultants.
- Assist in the rollout of people initiatives (e.g., performance cycles, engagement surveys, learning programs, new policy rollouts) by coordinating communications, timelines, and stakeholder follow-ups.
Operations Support & COE Partnership
- Work closely with the HR Operations team to support the execution of agreed people solutions.
- Help translate HR policies, processes, and consulting recommendations into clear, practical guidance for managers and employees.
- Track progress, risks, and dependencies across initiatives, flagging issues and insights to Senior HR Consultants.
- Support compliance by ensuring required documentation, approvals, and practices are in place, escalating concerns where necessary.
Data, Insights & Consulting Rigor
- Prepare people-related data and basic analyses (e.g., headcount, attrition, onboarding trends) to support diagnostics and recommendations.
- Support the documentation of consulting deliverables such as SOPs, playbooks, process maps, and implementation plans.
- Collect qualitative feedback from stakeholders to identify patterns, friction points, and opportunities for improvement.
Project Support, Learning & Exposure
- Support HR consulting projects related to organizational design, talent practices, leadership development, and employee experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams/subject matter experts and clients stakeholders to support project delivery.
- Learn consulting best practices through shadowing senior consultants in meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in HR, People Operations, consulting, or a related role.
- Foundational understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and people processes.
- Hands‑on experience supporting HR projects and change management initiatives.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Clear communication skills and comfort working with multiple stakeholders.
- Professional handling of confidential and sensitive information.
- A learning mindset with interest in developing HR consulting and advisory capabilities over time.
- Fluent in English and good presentation making skills.
