Build trust-based relationships, positioning yourself as a reliable advisor for all things digital advertising.

Conduct regular performance reviews, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.

BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent practical experience.

C2 level of German and strong command of English (written and spoken).

1-2 years of experience in sales, client management, or digital advertising.

Solid understanding of Google Ads and digital marketing principles, especially in B2B or large accounts.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work consultatively with clients and think strategically.
