The Intelligent Solutions Team is expanding! We're looking for a Business Development Manager (m/w/d) based in Germany to drive strategic growth, build strong client relationships and identify new market opportunities.
- Develop and win new business opportunities from ISVs and OEMs.
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key accounts, C-level stakeholders and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities in new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.
- Develop a funnel using Salesforce as a CRM tool.
- Ensure execution of sales growth plans and drive demand identification and creation opportunities.
- Plan and oversee new business initiatives.
- Research organizations and key stakeholders to find new opportunities.
- Find and develop new markets and improve sales by leveraging Arrow's portfolio of integration services.
- Attend conferences, meetings and industry events.
- Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
- Experience in a similar position in sales and business development within a relevant sector.
- Preferred experience working for a technology vendor or OEM partner.
- Strong ability to build and develop strategic business relationships.
- Experience interacting with C-level or key stakeholders from SMB and Enterprise accounts.
- Strong knowledge of the market and a good understanding of the added value that an OEM partner provides to the channel.
- Effective communication with people at all levels.
- Strong collaboration skills within a virtual team and external partners.
- Fluency in German and English.
