Senior SAP ABAP Developer with HCM
Job summary
A leading IT consulting organisation is seeking a Senior SAP ABAP Developer to design and develop innovative SAP solutions. The position is remote but candidates must be based in Germany and fluent in German. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience in SAP ABAP, with strong expertise in SAP HCM and SAP Fiori/UI5 development. This role offers flexible working and opportunities for career development.

- Minimum 10 years hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
- Willingness to travel across Germany.
- Strong expertise in ABAP Objects, BAPIs, BADIs, IDOCs, RFCs, and ALV.
- Experience with CDS Views, OData Services, and Clean ABAP.
- SAP Fiori/UI5 development and ABAP backend integration.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM modules is required.
- Experience with S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to SAP HCM development projects.
- Design and implement customer-specific ABAP development solutions.
- Develop and integrate SAP Fiori/UI5 applications.
- Analyse HR processes and translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Support the design and development of HCM applications and interfaces.
- Enhance, optimise and support existing SAP HCM systems.
- Collaborate with international SAP teams and stakeholders.
