Are you a highly organised, proactive individual looking to support a dynamic CEO at the helm of a fast-growing company? Intellect Group is seeking a Remote Personal Assistant for our client to provide high-level executive support — helping drive efficiency, focus, and impact across the business.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a hands-on CEO, manage a fast-moving schedule, and be at the centre of strategic decision-making — all from the comfort of your home.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and inbox with precision and discretion
• Coordinate travel, appointments, and virtual events across time zones
• Handle confidential documents and information with professionalism
• Support project management and follow-up on key business actions
• Take meeting notes and help the CEO stay aligned with priorities
• Serve as a reliable gatekeeper, ensuring the CEO's time is protected and focused
• Assist with personal admin where needed to support overall productivity

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional organisation and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication (fluent English required)
• Tech-savvy: Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and productivity tools
• Self-motivated, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently
• Discretion and professionalism handling confidential information
• Previous experience supporting a senior leader or executive is highly desirable

100% Remote – Work from anywhere (as long as you align with UK hours)
