We are now looking for a Sales Manager for our Dach sales team.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Monitor sales teams performance and provide guidance to achieve individual and team goals.

• Recruit train and onboard new sales team members.
• Provide coaching mentoring and ongoing performance feedback.
• Foster a positive and motivated sales culture within the team.

• Develop sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends customer needs and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement sales plans and initiatives to capture market share.

• Generate regular and accurate sales reports forecasts and performance metrics.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends patterns and areas for improvement.
• Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.

You will be joining our Dach sales team with the aim of strengthening our leadership where we are already the go-to Employer Branding & ATS tool with amazing clients like BearingPoint Gekko Management Edelmann Oetker Hotels TeamViewer ... but weve just scratched the surface.

• Comes from high pace scale up environment coming from HR Tech is a nice to have not a must
