We are now looking for a Sales Manager for our Dach sales team.

Key responsibilities in the role!
Responsible for your teams results :
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor sales teams performance and provide guidance to achieve individual and team goals.
Development of sales representatives :
  • Recruit train and onboard new sales team members.
  • Provide coaching mentoring and ongoing performance feedback.
  • Foster a positive and motivated sales culture within the team.
Sales Strategy and Planning :
  • Develop sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends customer needs and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and initiatives to capture market share.
Sales Reporting Forecast and Analysis :
  • Generate regular and accurate sales reports forecasts and performance metrics.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends patterns and areas for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
