• 2 years of experience sourcing and hiring mid‑level and senior software engineers in Latin America in positions such as Ruby on Rails, React, Node.js, Ember.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experienced in sourcing talented software engineers for hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Ability to write and speak English fluently.
• Positive attitude and a tireless work ethic.
• Upbeat, energetic, and excited to come to work each day.

• Source software engineers experienced in Ruby on Rails, React, and Node.js, using LinkedIn Recruiter and Lever.
• Perform phone screens to ensure candidates possess the proper qualifications prior to interviews.
• Conduct in‑depth interviews to qualify/disqualify candidates.
• Administer and manage technical tests.
• Create and send job offers.
• Participate in daily standups with the hiring team, sales team, and management team.
• Source and hire at least two software engineers each month, with a goal of hiring 4+ engineers per month.
