Your mission

You’ll ensure every customer not only succeeds but thrives with Metalshub. From first onboarding to long‑term partnerships you’ll act as a trusted advisor, supporting customers and working alongside them on consulting‑like projects that span efficiency gains, sustainability initiatives, cost optimisation, go‑to‑market strategy, and change management. All the while you’ll bring their real‑world insights back into our product and strategy.

What your day‑to‑day looks like
  • Onboarding & adoption: Create scalable onboarding journeys so customers feel confident from day one.
  • Project ownership: Lead implementation projects across different management levels in customer organisations.
  • Strategic partner: Build trust, identify opportunities, and support customers in achieving their business goals.
  • Product influence: Be the voice of the customer; feed insights, challenges, and ideas into our roadmap.
  • Scaling success: Develop best practices and playbooks to grow Customer Success alongside Metalshub.
