• Accurately enter and update data in our database
• Maintain organized records of property listings and client information
• Verify and cross-reference data for accuracy
• Assist with generating reports as needed

• Respond to inquiries related to data management
• Support the team with administrative tasks as required
• Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
