Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality full stack web applications using Vue.js and .NET Core web API.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize application and API for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.
- Ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Implement backend functionalities and business logic to support the business processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
- Abide by all obligations under HIPAA related to Protected Health Information (PHI).
Skills and Experience Required:
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack development.
- Experience with PBM.
- Proven experience with Vue.js and its core principles.
- Experience with .NET Core and Entity Framework, Visual Studio, and C#.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with back-end services.
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm).
- Strong understanding of version control systems, specifically Git.
- SQL Server stored procedures, functions, and general administration.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams.
- Understanding of Flow charts such as Lucid Charts.
- Understanding and some experience in Figma.
- Ability to work with external APIs to utilize for internal business processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems in unknown situations and provide effective feedback on a path forward.
- Ability to work independently and make logical business decisions given general guidance.
- Ability to consolidate ideas and collaborate with cross-functional working groups.
Desired:
- Knowledge of server-side rendering and its benefits.
- Familiarity with TypeScript.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Working knowledge of prescription claim electronic data interchange along with the overall reimbursement cycle for pharmacies.
- Familiarity with pharmacy management, especially around adjudication, formularies, and pricing.
