• Drive the continuous development and optimization of the chargecloud Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform
• Take ownership of existing AWS implementations and build entirely new cloud-native architectures from scratch
• Connect chargecloud with third-party systems (e.g., e-roaming platforms, payment service providers, and marketplace partners)
• Develop and refine a cloud strategy that leverages AWS and its managed services to the fullest extent

• Several years of experience in architecting and designing workloads on AWS
• “Serverless First” isn’t just a buzzword for you—you focus on leveraging AWS managed services wherever possible
• Strong software development background, with hands-on programming experience in TypeScript and Node.js (must-have)
• Knowledge of PHP is a plus
• Deep understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Delivery (CD), ideally with AWS CDK and/or Terraform
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with requirement engineering
• Familiarity with highly scalable, high-performance, and business-critical architectures
• Solid understanding of agile software development methodologies
• Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills in English and good knowledge of German
