Note: This is a one-year contract with relocation to Riyadh, covered by the client.
About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Data Architect and Migration Specialist to lead enterprise data architecture and large-scale data migration projects. The candidate will ensure alignment with business processes, standards, and policies, supporting analytics and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain enterprise data architecture strategy, ensuring compliance with governance and regulations (e.g., NCA, NIC).
- Review and guide data models, storage, integration, and management across various repositories.
- Lead data migration strategies, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Manage ETL processes to ensure data quality and consistency during migration.
- Define and enforce data management policies, standards, and access controls.
- Evaluate vendor deliverables related to data architecture and migration.
- Establish KPIs to measure migration effectiveness, reporting risks proactively.
- Collaborate with teams to support analytics and business objectives.
- Review vendor compliance with data governance best practices.

Key Requirements:

- Knowledge of KSA standards (NCA, NIC).
- Certifications like CDA or Microsoft Data Analyst are a plus.
- Experience in government transformation or Customs projects is desirable.
- Experience with Informatica products preferred.
- Must reside in Riyadh or be willing to relocate.
