As a German-speaking Customer Service Representative, you’ll support customers across Europe through phone, email, or chat — providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

- Native or C1 German and at least B2 English
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills

- Customer service or contact center experience is welcome but not mandatory
- Eager to relocate and start a stable, long-term career in Greece
- Full-time permanent contract and paid onboarding
