We are looking for motivated and passionate Self Starters and those who are ready to progress to the next level with an interest in Leadership Personal Development and / or Coaching.

• Assume responsibility for the day-to-day operations of running your business (flexible working hours based on either full or part-time commitment and you choose when and from where you work).
• Generate leads via social media (We teach you how to do this.)
• Conduct interviews with qualified candidates and manage the contact points (Training and scripts are provided)
• Support and coach new business owners in order to be successful
• Create placements on platforms such as Xing LinkedIn Facebook Google etc.
• Participate in weekly training & development streams for up‑skilling via Zoom
• Regularly engage in our Personal Development materials - Be a product of the product
• Attend training calls for further Personal Growth

• At least 6 years of experience working in a professional capacity either in a corporate environment or self‑employed
• Familiar with basic functionalities of social media applications (e. g. Facebook Xing Linkedin)
• Good communication skills
• Passion for growth and development (lifelong learning mindset)
• Motivated solution‑oriented reliable and organized
• Creative thinker with a can‑do‑attitude

• Flexibility to work from anywhere in the world with only a laptop phone and an Internet connection
• Provision of all relevant training and support including best practices marketing skills and techniques
• Recognition and achievement awards in a highly supportive team culture
• Full or part‑time commitment (minimum of 2 hours per day would be required.)

Please note: The successful candidate would be working in a self‑employed capacity following a structured system with hands‑on support and regular training from our industry leaders. As this is a remote online business an investment and set‑up and operating costs apply.
