- Software recommendation: Research and selection of suitable software for project management, finance, and HR.
- System implementation: Setup, data migration, and integration of new software systems.
- GDPR compliance: Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and advising on best practices.
- Rollout & training: Creating rollout plans, conducting employee training, and providing ongoing support.
- IT policies: Participating in the development of IT policies and procedures.
- Technical support: Providing support to employees with software and system issues.
- Experience in IT support, software recommendation, and implementation
- Familiarity with project management, finance, and HR tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, QuickBooks)
- Thorough knowledge of GDPR
- Project management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and training skills
- Problem-solving, proactive, and creative
- Bachelor's degree in IT/computer science or comparable qualification preferred
- Certificates such as CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA Security+ are a plus
