Job summary
A rapidly expanding scale-up in Germany is seeking a Legal Counsel with 3-6 years of experience. You will lead M&A and financing transactions, draft and negotiate contracts, and advise on corporate governance. Fluent German and English required. This remote-friendly role offers flexible working arrangements, 30 days of annual leave, and private health insurance.

- Liaise with external counsel on transactions and disputes.
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their business impact.
- Communicate complex legal issues clearly and pragmatically.

Our client is seeking a Legal Counsel to join a rapidly expanding scale-up. Alongside corporate and financing work, you will help develop scalable legal structures, templates, and processes to support the company’s continued growth.
