Our mission is to support communities in their transition from crisis to recovery, rehabilitation, and sustainable livelihoods. One of our main focuses is on vulnerable groups and minorities within the affected populations.

Tasks
  • Software recommendation: Research and selection of suitable software for project management, finance, and HR.
  • System implementation: Setup, data migration, and integration of new software systems.
  • GDPR compliance: Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and advising on best practices.
  • Rollout & training: Creating rollout plans, conducting employee training, and providing ongoing support.
  • IT policies: Participating in the development of IT policies and procedures.
  • Technical support: Providing support to employees with software and system issues.
Requirements
  • Experience in IT support, software recommendation, and implementation
  • Familiarity with project management, finance, and HR tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, QuickBooks)
  • Thorough knowledge of GDPR
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and training skills
  • Problem-solving, proactive, and creative
  • Bachelor's degree in IT/computer science or comparable qualification preferred
  • Certificates such as CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA Security+ are a plus
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
  • Languages: German and English - fluent
