• Architecting and developing core frontend features using React, focusing on our [specific product / platform] infrastructure
• Leading the evolution of our TypeScript-based component library that serves millions of users
• Implementing micro-frontend architecture to support rapidly scaling distributed teams
• Optimizing applications for performance, achieving sub-second load times and 99.9% uptime
• Championing accessibility standards (WCAG) to serve all users effectively
• Building and maintaining our design system in collaboration with UX teams
• Leading code reviews and architectural decisions
• Mentoring frontend engineers through knowledge sharing and pair programming

• Expert development with core stack: React, TypeScript, Next.js
• Performance optimization and monitoring
• Integration with REST API layer and backend services
• Contributing to CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Collaborating with product, design, and backend teams for seamless experiences

Must-have Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
• Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub)
• Proven ability to architect and develop advanced frontend features
• Experience with automated testing (Jest, Testing Library, Cypress) and CI/CD pipelines

• Designing and implementing micro-frontend architectures
• Building modular, reusable component libraries
• Optimizing applications for performance, accessibility, and scalability
• Ensuring code quality through reviews and best practices
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams

• Experience with Next.js and modern frontend build tools
• Knowledge of RESTful and GraphQL APIs
