Job Description

You are based in Heilbronn, work regularly on-site at our production facility in Neckarbischofsheim, and become part of our European HR team.

Your focus is exclusively on supporting and assisting the production site in Neckarbischofsheim, while the HR Business Partner is based in Karlsruhe. You support them administratively in implementing key aspects of the local HR function.

  • Regular travel (at least 2 days per week) to the production site in Neckarbischofsheim.
  • Support in recruiting, focusing on candidate management and employer branding activities for the Neckarbischofsheim location.
  • Responsibility for handling day-to-day HR tasks at the production site (employee inquiries, creation of certificates, documentation, reports).
  • Organizing and maintaining personnel files, pension plans, and insurance matters.
  • Support in managing all absence records, monitoring, and validating vacation requests and sickness-related absences.
  • Support in HR processes related to onboarding and offboarding employees.
  • Input and maintenance of employee data in HR-related tools such as Workday.
  • Support in implementing health and safety measures at the site.
  • Participation in and contribution to site and team meetings.

  • Regelmäßige Reisetätigkeit (mindestens 2 Tage pro Woche) zum Produktionsstandort Neckarbischofsheim.
  • Unterstützung beim Recruiting mit Schwerpunkt auf Kandidatenmanagement und Employer-Branding-Aktivitäten für den Standort Neckarbischofsheim.
  • Verantwortung für die Bearbeitung alltäglicher HR-Aufgaben am Produktionsstandort (Mitarbeiteranfragen, Erstellung von Zertifikaten, Dokumentationen, Berichten).
  • Organisation und Pflege von Personalakten, Pensionsplänen und Versicherungsangelegenheiten.
  • Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung aller Abwesenheitsaufzeichnungen, Überwachung und Validierung von Urlaubsanträgen und krankheitsbedingten Abwesenheiten.
  • Unterstützung bei HR-Prozessen zum Onboarding und Offboarding von Mitarbeitern.
  • Eingabe / Pflege von Mitarbeiterdaten in HR-bezogenen Tools wie Workday.
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsmaßnahmen am Standort.
  • Teilnahme und Beitrag zu Standort- und Team-Meetings.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Completed vocational training in a HR-relevant skilled occupation or studies in social science, HR management or similar
  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
  • Experience with a production site is an advantage
  • Experience with HR software (preferred Workday), time tracking and payroll systems desirable
  • Very good command of written and spoken German and English
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good knowledge in the field of tax law, labor law and social insurance
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize important projects
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
  • Driving license class B
Qualifikationen und Erfahrung

  • Computerkenntnisse (MS Office-Anwendungen Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Steuerrecht, Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
