We’re searching for a detail-driven HR Solutions Analyst - Payroll to own and deliver accurate, compliant payroll operations across Germany. You’ll be part of a collaborative global HR team, working with top-tier systems like Workday and SAGE, and driving process improvements across HR and Finance.

What you’ll do :

• Independently manage and process monthly payroll for German employees
• Act as the go-to expert for payroll, tax, and social security queries
• Partner with the payroll provider, Global Mobility & HRIS teams
• Support audits, reconciliations, and payroll reporting
• Contribute to HR transformation projects and efficiency initiatives
