A leading transportation technology company in Berlin is seeking an HR Manager to support its employee drivers across Germany. The role involves managing the employee journey, solving onsite issues, and boosting engagement. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years in HR, possess native-level German and advanced English proficiency, and demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills. This position offers a salary range of €45,000-55,000 annually and various benefits including 30 vacation days and Urban Sports Club membership.

As an HR Manager, you will support a portion of our 1,000 employee drivers across Germany, with a special focus on the 350+ who power our Hannover-based and the largest on-demand public transit service in the country, sprinti. Your responsibilities will span employee engagement, attraction, retention, recognition, HR support, training culture, and process optimization.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll jump in wherever needed - solving problems on the ground, supporting employees, and collaborating with our local Operations and global People teams to improve how we operate and scale.
This role requires travel to Hannover every other week
