The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our product design team to elevate our desktop experiences and marketing pages. Combining smart layout choices and high fidelity visual design, you’ll bring product experiences to new audiences and devices.

You’ll be joining a design-driven organization where design thinking is valued and supported at the highest levels. As a Product Designer, you'll have the trust to implement your vision while collaborating with talented designers, developers, and product managers who are passionate about creating exceptional user experiences.

What You'll Do:

1. Create landing pages
2. Develop page structures, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs for various projects
3. Position products and features in content and layout that enhance user engagement
4. Contribute to the marketing design system of typography, color, components, and graphics
5. Develop product features for the web
6. Design features for the web version of the Crypto.com app, adapting existing features or creating new experiences
7. Contribute to the web design system
8. Create visuals and animations
9. Develop processes for creating graphics using tools like C4D, Adobe Suite, and AI
10. Create product mockups showcasing app experiences
11. Develop spot and hero graphics aligned with the Crypto.com brand
12. Data and Analytics
13. Set measurable goals for website and page performance
14. Research and analyze current analytics using tools like Mixpanel
15. Collaborate with PMs and developers to define tracking metrics

Skills & Experience Requirements:

• You currently hold crypto knowledge and understand trading basics
• You have 4+ years of experience as a product designer for digital products
• You have designed professional websites and brand identities
• Proficient with Figma, including components, variables, and styles
• Basic knowledge of graphic creation tools like C4D, Blender, Adobe Suite, AI
• You have solved complex problems with a solid grasp of user-centered design and UX principles
• You understand various research methods and their appropriate application
• You demonstrate product vision using data and experimentation
• You are skilled at articulating design decisions and presenting to stakeholders
• You possess strong leadership skills and can build partnerships with product managers and engineers
