The company is looking for a German-speaking Digital Advertising Consultant to join its growing sales and marketing team in Barcelona. The successful candidate will work with high-value clients across industries like retail, travel, and other large-scale businesses, helping them transform their advertising performance on the Google Ads platform.

• Partner with high-revenue clients to optimize their Google Ads campaigns and achieve maximum ROI.

• Deliver consultative guidance on advanced digital marketing solutions, ensuring long-term client success.

• Proactively recommend data-driven strategies that go beyond short-term fixes.

• Build trust-based relationships, positioning yourself as a reliable advisor for all things digital advertising.

• Conduct regular performance reviews, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Collaborate with clients to align campaign strategies with their business objectives.

• Stay up to date with industry developments and translate them into actionable opportunities for clients.

• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent practical experience.

• C2 level of German and strong command of English (written and spoken).

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, client management, or digital advertising.

• Solid understanding of Google Ads and digital marketing principles, especially in B2B or large accounts.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work consultatively with clients and think strategically.
