Job Description:

Product Management Issuing is responsible for the development and portfolio management of all consumer and commercial card products issued under Deutsche Bank Group brands. This includes ownership of the product PnL, end-to-end processes for debit and credit card issuance, operational processes for card-based payments, lifecycle management, and vendor management. The goal is to drive growth and develop card products strategically.

Reliable, digitized processes are essential to support the increasing number of cards issued and managed. As customer requests grow, a support unit will be established to assist external and internal clients with expert knowledge, help resolve issues, analyze root causes, and improve products and processes.

• Support business and clients as a product expert and second-level point of contact with relevant product/process knowledge
• Ensure daily operations of card products by executing processes in line with Deutsche Bank quality standards
• Support development of the issuing proposition to foster growth and ensure smooth product processes
• Assist in the development and launch of new products and manage product portfolios
• Help implement the future Target Operating Model (TOM) for Issuing
• Participate in projects related to card issuing

• Deep understanding of Deutsche Bank card operating systems/applications and processes
• Ability to think in processes and ensure quality standards
• Experience in process analytics and design
• Knowledge of the German card industry, including products, value chains, authentication methods (e.g., 3DS), and regulations (considered a plus)
• Experience in project management and implementation
• Motivated team player with commitment and customer-centric mindset
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
