IT administrator for 1st / 2nd level support (m / f / d)

at the earliest possible date, permanent full-time (39 hours / week).

In IT support, we ensure that our colleagues can use their technologies optimally as a well-coordinated team with open communication and mutual trust.

• Processing support requests : You receive tickets via our Atlassian system, analyze them and solve them independently at 1st and 2nd level - you forward more complex cases to the 3rd level in a qualified manner
• Document & share knowledge : You document solutions in the ticket system and maintain our AI-supported knowledge database so that colleagues can help themselves in the future
• Help shape & develop : You work closely with our system engineers, participate in infrastructure projects and contribute ideas for optimizing our support processes

• Your qualifications : You have completed relevant vocational training or a university degree in the field of computer science. You may already have some practical experience. • Your technical foundation : Initial practical experience with Windows client systems, Microsoft 365 and Windows domains (OnPremise) - you don't have to be an expert, but you should have the basics down pat
• Your willingness to learn : You bring curiosity and a desire to familiarize yourself with hybrid IT architectures and cloud-based client management and security environments
• Your strong communication skills & service orientation : You are a communication talent who acts professionally and solution-oriented both internally and externally, whether in direct exchange with specialist departments or in coordination with external partners
• Your way of working : You are a team player with analytical thinking skills and like to get straight to work
• Your language skills : You have very good German language skills for communicating with our users (at least C2) and English language skills (B2) for working with international tools
