These are your tasks

• Processing support requests : You receive tickets via our Atlassian system, analyze them and solve them independently at 1st and 2nd level - you forward more complex cases to the 3rd level in a qualified manner
• Document & share knowledge : You document solutions in the ticket system and maintain our AI-supported knowledge database so that colleagues can help themselves in the future
• Help shape & develop : You work closely with our system engineers, participate in infrastructure projects and contribute ideas for optimizing our support processes

• Your qualifications : You have completed relevant vocational training or a university degree in the field of computer science. You may already have some practical experience. • Your technical foundation : Initial practical experience with Windows client systems, Microsoft 365 and Windows domains (OnPremise) - you don't have to be an expert, but you should have the basics down pat
