We are looking for YOU as Process Engineering Automation Engineer (m/f/d) for our location in Friedrichsdorf.

These challenges await you:

• Define Sequential Function Charts (SFCs) for assembly stations used internally or outsourced
• Develop, tune, and set process automation stations
• Familiar with cobots
• Assess and receive process stations
• Ensure respect of IProM
• Responsible for stations process development schedule in line with CLEAN
• Ensure safety and VPS rules and guidelines during process development
• Ensure coordination between process development and product definition
• Improve the TRP of equipment supporting performance improvement
• Continuous Improvement, focusing on Cycle Time reduction of automated cells and bottlenecks
• Responsible for all process-related documentation
• Alert managers when standards are not met
• Secure automated stations/equipment (back-ups)
• Work on connection of PLCs to Manufacturing Execution System, with error codes management & traceability features implementation
