Your tasks

• Leading and/or execution of site commissioning (worldwide) of synchronous and asynchronous generators/motors with nominal voltage higher than 1kV including auxiliaries, excitation system as well as electrical protection.
• Leading and/or execution of site commissioning (worldwide) of electrical balance of plant equipment such as power distributions boards, transformers, switchgear including control and protection devices.
• Fault finding, optimization and reporting during the commissioning works.
• Responsibility for meeting time schedules and quality requirements.
• Handover of equipment and training of customer.
• Technical project and engineering support at the back office in Heidenheim.

Your profile

• Completed education (degree) in electrical engineering.
• Experience in commissioning of synchronous and asynchronous generators, electrical machines, switchgear, transformers, excitation and/or protection systems of advantage.
• Alternatively: Technician level education with relevant professional experience.
• Fluent English spoken and written. German and further languages knowledge of advantage (e.g. Spanish, Portuguese, French).
• MS-Office skills.
• Unlimited readiness for worldwide short and long term business trips and permanent site deployment.
• Result orientated, analytical- and teamwork capabilities, as well as loyalty and high operational readiness.
• Intercultural experience of advantage.
