In order to further strengthen its DIGITAL team, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for an IT24 SAP / ERP Quality management(d / f / m).

This position contributes to the service delivery by the ERP Delivery Center covering all German SAP ERP legacy and HANA platforms. Inside the scope of this functional domain, you will have to manage the SAP MM-PUR and/or QM modules.

You will join an international group of around 45 SAP Functional Experts by providing corrective and evolutive maintenance (Level 3 of support), with the possibility to participate up to 30% of your time in large-scale projects.

You will be located in one of our plants in Germany: Ottobrunn, Manching, Friedrischshafen, or Bremen. The working environment is international.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Supervise, support & coach the other members of your SAP domain.
• Organise your SAP support domain (provide KPI, ensure application of the SLA).
• Contributor to the Level 3 support for the respective functional domain (Procurement / Quality) and CR implementation/deployment.
• Ensuring best-in-class Service Quality related to scope to improve business process executions/operational excellence. Continuous service optimization to improve business value and efficiency.
• Proactively manage solutions/interfaces with non-SAP products (end to end) in alignment with DIGITAL Business Partner Organization.
• Functional evolution of German AD ERP systems in the frame of enhancement procedures and projects.
• Strengthen the internal capabilities for detailed design and configuration.
• Foster an open (cross team/unit) mindset to ensure excellent teamwork inside the DIGITAL organization and with the business (key) users.

Required skills:

• Proven functional skills in SAP MM-PUR and/or QM and technical knowledge (configuration, integration aspects), with at least 3 years of experience in one of the modules.
• Fluent in German and English.
• MM or QM certifications will be a plus.
• ABAP Skills will be a plus.
• The candidate has to be fully customer and delivery oriented.
• Open and continuous-improvement mindset to enable the team working across teams in the DIGITAL organization.
