What you are responsible for:
- Making us famous - we are E.ON‘s digital & technology in-house consulting “Expert Services” and you will help us to turn strangers into fans.
- Driving our positioning within the E.ON Group, communicating what makes us unique and creating awareness and desire for our offerings.
- Creating understanding of what the client wants and needs are and connecting this to our offerings.
- Spreading the news by generating well-understood success stories and telling them to the right audiences.
- Developing and executing a comprehensive communication and marketing strategy and ensuring its successful execution – all the way from overall positioning to compelling pitch stories.
- Translating strategies into tangible impact and mastering everyday tasks (e.g. copywriting, visual storytelling, campaign supervision) by yourself.
- You know how to catch hearts and minds alike, and help us to overall increase our client communications capabilities in a technology-driven organization.
What you are good at:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing and communications with a strong background in professional services.
- Ability to form a great brand vision and bring it to life through a multitude of channels and media.
- Strong strategic mindset as well as willingness to proactively drive our marketing activities with a hands-on mentality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and storytelling skills in English and German.
- Strong interpersonal management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
