We are looking for a Business Consultant who is motivated by creating solid solutions that make a difference for our many clients. You will have the opportunity to work across industries, utilizing your expertise to contribute to our exciting IT project at Munich Airport in developing their business.

We are seeking a Business Consultant with a strong and well-documented interest in digitalization to handle tasks within user involvement, training, benefits realization, process optimization, and change management. These tasks will relate to our large projects — in both the public and private sectors.

As a Business Consultant, you will help ensure that Netcompany's IT projects are embedded within our clients' organisations and professional processes. Additionally, you will help ensure that users have the right skills, so both the users and the organization as a whole are ready when the new product is implemented.

The tasks of a Business Consultant are diverse. They may include planning, coordinating, and executing organizational and business implementation, such as:

• Assisting the client with change management initiatives
• Developing user guides, training materials, and conducting training for the client's users
• Conducting analyses of and reporting on change readiness
• Mapping processes and facilitating workshops with the client
• Establishing benefit tracking models and developing communication plans
• Building solid domain knowledge by participating in and facilitating analysis work, testing, and refinement activities

About you
You ask questions when in doubt — or share your knowledge when you're not. Deadlines do not intimidate you, and you are ready to put in extra effort when necessary.

We imagine that you:

• Are either a recent graduate or have a couple of years of experience—preferably at the intersection of IT, business and organization, such as an IT project manager or consultant
• Have an interest in IT and digitalization
• Hold a relevant master’s degree equivalent to 120 ECTS credits
• Have strong communication skills, both written and spoken, and are fluent in German and English
• Have experience working with PowerPoint and Excel
