• Design and Implementation.
• Design, configure, and implement Cisco Unified Communications solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop detailed technical documentation for UC designs and implementations.
• Ensure the integration of UC components, such as Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Unity Connection, IM and Presence, and collaboration endpoints.
• Optimize and fine-tune Cisco UC networks for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Conduct network assessments and recommend enhancements to improve overall UC system efficiency.
• Troubleshooting and Support
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Cisco UC solutions.
  • Provide advanced support for incidents and service requests, collaborating with other technical teams as needed.
• Security and Compliance
  • Implement security best practices for Cisco UC environments.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to UC systems.
• Upgrades and Patch Management
  • Plan and execute upgrades of Cisco UC software and hardware components.
  • Perform routine maintenance activities, including patch management and firmware upgrades.
• Collaboration and Communication
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective UC solutions.
  • Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

• CCIE certification in Collaboration or Voice is required.
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing Cisco Unified Communications solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco UC technologies, including Unified Communications Manager, Unity Connection, IM and Presence, and collaboration endpoints.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, security, and quality of service (QoS) in a UC environment.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex UC issues.
• Familiarity with industry best practices and compliance standards for UC systems.
