Currently, we are looking for an Engagement Director to join our team in Germany.

Your daily responsibilities:

  • Manage 3–5 strategic enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth and diversification.
  • Identify new business opportunities within large enterprise clients.
  • Build strong relationships with C-level and senior executives.
  • Ensure clients leverage Nordcloud’s full value proposition across infrastructure, applications, and consulting.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
  • Achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Represent Nordcloud at industry events and in media.
  • Collaborate closely with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud partners.
  • Share market insights with internal teams to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Inspire stakeholders and contribute to Nordcloud’s industry leadership
  • Proven success in enterprise-level solution selling.
  • Strong background in public cloud services.
  • Sales-driven with a deep appreciation for delivery excellence.
  • Fluent in German and English, with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
