Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Aerodynamicist to,
- Drive the development of next-generation vehicle aerodynamic performance through a combination of CFD analysis, wind tunnel testing, and real-world track validation.
- Creating and refining high-quality surface models in CAD for accurate simulation and design handover.Conducting high-fidelity CFD simulations to evaluate aerodynamic performance and support iterative design improvements.
- Planning and executing wind tunnel tests, including data analysis and validation of results against simulation and real-world data.
- Leading and supporting track testing campaigns — including on-track data acquisition, vehicle instrumentation, and performance analysis — to validate aerodynamic behavior under real-world conditions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in CATIA V5 or 3DEXPERIENCE for high-quality surface modeling and simulation-ready geometry preparation.
- Hands-on expertise with CFD software for vehicle aerodynamics, including meshing, simulation setup, and result validation.
- Practical experience in wind tunnel testing , including test planning, measurement setup, data acquisition, and analysis of aerodynamic performance.
- Strong track record in on-track testing campaigns: vehicle instrumentation, real-world data collection, and performance analysis under dynamic driving conditions.Ability to correlate CFD, wind tunnel, and track data to drive design improvements.
