Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in workers' compensation cases, providing expert legal advice and strong advocacy.
  • Manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining high standards of client service.
  • Stay current on changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys on various legal matters if desired.
  • Participate in client consultations and case strategy development.
  • (Optional) Opportunity to expand into other practice areas or bring an existing practice to the firm.
Qualifications
