We are looking for you to join our technical team at Badeschloss as a technician / in-house technician (m/f/d).

• Carrying out repairs to the general building infrastructure
• Supporting other technical colleagues to ensure smooth hotel operations
• Daily rounds for observation and recording of consumption data for functional checks
• Monitoring warranty work
• All-rounder function on special occasions
• Installation, inspection, maintenance and servicing of building services
• Creation, organisation and implementation of maintenance due dates incl. annual overview
• Eliminating electrical and mechanical faults
• Keeping maintenance manuals and maintenance logs
