A global cybersecurity company in Frankfurt is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to assist customers with Fortinet product issues. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of networking experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and is fluent in both English and German. Reporting to TAC Manager based in Frankfurt, Germany, you would act as the main contact point for our customers and partners for technical break/fix or configuration inquiries for Fortinet firewalls.
