Team Lead – Software Development

(f / m / x)

asap / unlimited contract / 40 h/week

Responsibilities
Software Development
  • Development and optimisation of measurement‑data visualisation software and other tools for PCs and mobile devices
  • Application programming with Visual Studio in C# (.NET), WPF (XAML) and MAUI
  • Creation of documentation
  • Localization / internationalisation of software
  • Maintenance, optimisation and servicing of existing software components
  • Implementing quality assurance measures such as code reviews, unit tests and application of design patterns
  • Proactive participation in Scrum meetings
Software Team Leadership
  • Technical and disciplinary leadership of the software team according to the leadership agreement & Demant Leadership Compass
  • Technical coaching
  • Point of contact for department management and other teams
  • Representing the interests of the team within the organisation
  • Conducting and recording employee appraisals
  • In cooperation with department management: setting and reviewing targets for the team; planning and delegating tasks outside the regular Scrum processes
Requirements
  • Completed studies in (business) computer science or engineering with additional qualifications in software development
  • Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of C# (.NET) and ideally experience with C
  • Strong awareness of efficient architectures, clean coding and continuous refactoring
  • Experience with tools such as version control (SVN, TFS, Azure DevOps), ALM systems (SpiraTeam, TFS, Azure DevOps), Visual Studio, Installation programs (InstallShield, WiX), Translation tools (Passolo)
  • Practical experience with Scrum or other agile methodologies
  • Confident English skills in both spoken and written form, especially with technical terminology
  • Clear and efficient communication skills
  • Basic audiological knowledge is a plus
  • Strong quality awareness
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
  • Quick comprehension and a self‑directed meticulous working style
  • Enjoyment of cross‑functional and international teamwork and strong team spirit
