Role background
We launched our service in Germany in August 2020 and have seen rapid development. We work with thousands of restaurant partners across Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt, Cologne, Hanover, Dusseldorf, and Hamburg, expanding further into new cities and regions.
For Wolt, restaurants are crucial; they are the foundation of our success. Our restaurant operations are divided into acquisition, onboarding, and support. As the Sales Team Lead (m/w/d) - Region Central (based in Stuttgart, Frankfurt, or Wurzburg), your role is to manage our restaurant acquisition team and Partnership Managers.
Your responsibilities include improving our restaurant portfolio by adding suitable venues and using data to identify focus areas. You will leverage your sales experience to coach your team, manage performance, and collaborate with the onboarding & support teams.
