Team Lead (m/f/d) Seed Treatment Sugarbeet for KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA – start as soon as possible. This permanent, full‑time position is based in Einbeck and offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership role while gaining deep, hands‑on insight into modern, highly automated seed production processes. You will contribute to international projects and actively shape and improve production processes.

Join our well‑established sugar beet seed processing team and complement our strong mindset for continuous improvement, innovation and up‑to‑date technologies.

What you can look forward to:
  • Lead, manage, and develop a well‑established and motivated team
  • Ensure efficient and stable operational flow by continuous technical and organizational improvement
  • Manage projects in close collaboration with local processing responsibles and stakeholders across countries
  • Shift and vacation planning including organisation of seasonal peaks and anticipation of material needs
  • Plan and manage budgets (personnel, cost centres, investments)
  • Close collaboration with peers and neighbouring functions (e.g. disposition, technical department, quality labs, seed technology, business partner, …)
  • Monitor, analyse, and interpret production KPIs to drive performance and improvement
Bring in your strengths:
  • Completed university degree or comparable qualification with relevant working experience in agriculture or industry
  • Understanding of agricultural production / seed industry with focus on seed processing desirable
  • Proven experience in process improvement and project management
  • Fluent German and English required; additional languages are welcome
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office and ERP systems (ideally SAP); experience with MES and Power BI is a plus
  • Solution‑oriented team player with strong networking skills, comfortable with complexity and open to challenge the status quo
  • High intrinsic motivation for the role and independent working attitude
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%
