Responsibilities
  • Building, leading, developing, and motivating a high‑performing team
  • Ensuring customer‑focused order processing from order entry through invoicing, including after‑sales service
  • Developing and implementing strategies to maintain and further enhance efficient processes and communication channels in order management
  • Ensuring compliance with internal and external deadlines within the business process (e.g. delivery windows, license and seasonal settlements, etc.)
  • Promoting cross‑crop knowledge exchange within Customer Order Management
Qualifications
  • Completed degree in business administration, agricultural sciences, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in order management, customer service, or supply chain management, ideally within the agricultural industry
  • In‑depth knowledge of customer requirements as well as relevant systems and processes
  • Initial leadership experience through team management is an advantage
  • Strong operational, commercial, and strategic thinking combined with analytical skills
  • Willingness to drive change as well as a results‑ and customer‑oriented working style
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, team spirit, and assertiveness
  • Professional proficiency German and fluent English skills, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel within Germany (up to approx. 20%)
